We design, supply and install Diffused Aeration System for Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs/STPs), which is an advanced method of aeration with higher efficiency and power saving compared to conventional aeration. You may provide us the required data and get the air requirement calculation, how much power can be saved, recommended blower capacity, quote for diffusers and other bill of materials, how to install etc.
1. Total flow of effluent to aeration tank per day
2. BOD, COD, NH4-N at the inlet to aeration tank
3. BOD, COD, NH4-N required at the outlet of aeration tank
4. Size of aeration tank(s) - L x W x Water Depth (we can suggest if not existing/designed yet)
5. Existing aerators & their HP rating (to calculate power saving)
